Quantities are a minimum of *0,**0 MT and a Max of **0,**0 MT (monthly).  All bbls are converted to Metric Tons in contract.  Prices are  CIF ASWP for new buyers and can be changed to FOB at a later date or future contracts.

PAYMENT: Bank Guarantee payment for total quantity for top *5 prime Bank.  One year contract plus extensions.  BG can be done quarterly or one year.

Procedures:

1. Buyers issues LOI With Bank References.
2. Seller issues Draft Contract to Buyer- Open for amendments.
3. Buyer reviews Draft Contract, signs and returns contract back to Seller.
4. Buyer and Seller sign and seal Final Contract
5. Buyer's bank will issue the BG to the Sellers  group. The bank guarantee will be for the total value three months (4 BGs) or One year. The Bank Guarantee shall be valid for **5 days + one. The bank guarantee will only be paid by the buyer's bank after it expires **5 days + one and  the buyer has received all the shipments. The bank guarantee shall be on a first-line bank TOP world *5.
6. Seller's Bank will issue to Buyer the PARTIAL POP:

8 Seller issues 2% PB
9. Completion and verifications of all documents by SGS
*0. Shipment commerce.

Note.  If Buyer issues 4 BG's for three months each (total of *2 months) the BG will be returned to the buyer after **5 Days *1.  For example, If shipments Start October 1, ***1 and the last shipment under that BG is made December 1, ***1 that BG will remained blocked until December 2 ***2 and the entire value of the 3 month BG will be returned to the Buyer on December 2, ***2.  The process repeats its self for the  remaining 3 BG's.
