It contains micronutrients that protect againts cancer, in addition to dissolving blood clots that could form, which makes it beneficial to the heart.

The pineapple contains :-

- Vitamins : C, B1, B6, B9 (folic acid).

- Minerals : Potassium, Magnesium, Lodine, Copper, Manganese,

                   Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Oxalic Acid, Bromelain Enzyme.
