Product Description

The Blister sealing machine is used to melt plastic by generating frictional heat energy on the contact surface of two work-pieces to be welded. Thermal energy comes from the reciprocating movement of a work-piece on another surface with a certain displacement or amplitude under a certain pressure. Once the expected degree of heat sealing is achieved, the vibration will stop, and there will still be a certain amount of pressure applied to the two work-pieces to cool and solidify the newly heated part, thus forming a tight bond. An industrial machine that selects different current outputs and power-on times based on the size of the work-piece (heat sealing area), and then completes heat sealing packaging under cooling and pressurization.
