Powder material weighing feeder



This machine is mainly used for molding equipment that produces thermosetting plastic products. Operator needs to set a suitable height of feeding board corresponding with position of the mold, and adjust the weight of the material before turning on the equipment. This equipment automatically sends the material in the hopper into weighting vessel, it will automatically open the gate and feed the material into the split container after the weight of the material gets to the set value. When those split containers are filled with enough material, the material of each container will be feed into the corresponding adding-material container. This equipment automatically feeds the material in to the mold and takes the finished products out of the molds and put them on the transfer line.
