Practical Business Advice is rendered on the IIBI BSP (Business Support Model) giving access to the collective experience of all IIBI accredited assocviates worldwide. Associates fullfll a Business Support role to the entrepreur (managing director / owner) as a sounding board and coucil in the absense of the availablility of a board of directors. The support focusses on delivering practical advice that wioll improve the business bottom line. The BSP normally runs over for 2 days per month over*2 months with the option to opt out at any time or renew for longer periods. The number of hours per month will depend on the size and complexity of the business and decided upon by agreement with the entrepreneur.
