It has the Skin Epidermis layer intact which counts for its un-matched strength and long life. Super soft calf leather (2mm thick) used on knee rolls and knee pads for effective cushioning and for adding additional soft touch for a comfortable ride. Our highly Expert tanners precisely manufacture completely Aniline Drum Dyed Leather with anti-rot coating to guarantee superior durability and strength with elegant and traditional looks. NO lacquer coating to our products to let the leather breadth in and out moisture which prevents it from cracking. Leather is further more tested to successfully soak saddle oil and leather polishes for future care and maintenance of our products. TREE : Custom made wooden tree with bull hide covering further laminated and coated to maximize its strength yet keeping the weight less. FITTINGS : Pure Solid Brass fittings with protective coating to resist any outdoor weather changes. Western saddles have Pure Silver conchos and trims with excellent hand carving and super fine tooling. TESTING : Once the saddle is manufactured we mechanically test and balance each saddle for its centre of gravity to distribute the rider weight equally and effectively all along the horse back for a smoother and comfortable ride for you and for your horse too.
