�Vacuum casting are based on orginal products prototypes in vacuum condition to making the silicone mold , and under the vacuum state us PU material for pouring , thus cloned and copy the product prototype. Vacuum casting can change the oranginal material to another one , assembly prototype or produce small batch production and so on , in order to meet the product development process of the performance test , marketing and inspection , examination and confirmation ,

Silicone Mold Advantage:
1. Fast tooling, normal 1 to 2 days to complete the mould.
2. Fine details can be copied
3. Easy to release parts from the mould due to the non-stick property of the silicone rubber .
