The range for professional grade Zio Ciro wood-burning ovens consists of three basic models. Each comes with an easy to assemble kit containing all the necessary parts and easy to follow instructions.
Our professional ovens consists of two basic part:
THE DOME consist of a special refractory mixture that makes the oven resistance to high cooking temperatures, allowing a longer duration in cooking time and savings cost in wood consumption;
THE HOB product molded elements large easy to assemble, all in refractory pressed and baked, which confers resistance to wear and it does become a thermal flywheel which allows to maintain the heat for a long period.
