Would your bank provide you with funding if a genuine Bank Guarantee instrument is advised by SWIFT?

We now can provide bank guarantee instruments for enhancement of project funding from USD / EUR *0 million issued by Barclays, Deutsche Bank and HSBC London at 8% per annum, renewable for up to 5 years. The instruments can be sent to your own bank or to your funders bank. SWIFT and bank fees will have to be placed with the provider after contracts, but before a SWIFT MT**9 pre-advice is sent to your bank or funder, followed by SWIFT MT**0. The annual leasing fees are paid within 7 banking days after receipt and verification of the guarantee instrument by your receiving bank.
