Chemical properties: A kind of Vitamin B containing pyridoxine or pyridoxal and pyridoxamine. Stable in acid solution and degenerated in alkaline solution, and pyridoxine heat-resistant, pyridoxal and pyridoxamine are not resistant to high temperature.
