Principle: The HBV diagnostic kits, adopting micro-nucleic acid releasing reagent use a pair of specific primers targets to the conserved region of HBV nucleic acid and a specific fluorescent probe which mix with PCR reaction liquid to realize the quantitative detection of Hepatitis B virus in one tube through real-time PCR and high efficient internal standards technology.
Intended use: The kit is designed for the rapid quantitative detection of Hepatitis B virus DNA in human serum or plasma. The test results from monitering of HBV DNA baseline and changes in blood samples can be applied as an aide for diagnosis of HBV infection and helps the observation of the efficacy of antiviral drugs.
