MODE OF PAYMENT: - Payment by swift transfer to seller's bank account and payment of the product will be done after refining at the buyer’s destination

PROCEDURE:
- Seller sends a FCO
- Buyer accepts the FCO
- Buyer's Representative or buyer will meets Seller in Sierra Leone for physical inspection and pre-test of the product.
- Buyer and Seller sign the contract after physical inspection .
- The shipment can begin. All charges related to exportation (taxes, insurance, transport...) of the product from Country of origin to the final refinery will be born by the Buyer
- Seller's mandate accompany the product to his destination during the refining process until the payment.-After positive analysis test, to be confirmed by Buyer’s refinery; the Buyer shall pay **0% to the Seller via bank transfer in maximum 3 (Three) Banking days after issuance of the Final assay of buyer’s refinery and acceptance of both parties.
