4 Buyer´s bank issue pre-advice of LC.

5 Seller´s bank introduce via bank-to-bank the full POP.

6 Buyer´s bank pay MT **3 for liftable quantity

7 Lifting commence

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR PAYMENT:

Documents: following documents will be presented for payment on shipment:

a) Clean on board „BILL OF LADING“ freight prepaid and blank endorsed

b) CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN issued by or endorsed by chambre of commerce of country of origin

c) Signed COMMERCIAL INVOICE

d) Master´s receipt of all documents except commercial invoice

e) Weight packing list

TIME OF DELIVERY:

SELLER shall be responsible to arrange shipment to arrive any PORT within *0days after receipt of the opening of the SBLC at the seller´s bank.

BUYER LIABILITY:

To cause its bank to send SBLC to the seller´s bank. This will be open in FULL AMOUNT FOR 1 YEAR CONTRACT immediately after buyer has received and signed the contract.

Sunflower Oil is the fixed oil obtained from the seed of the Sunflower plant

Helianthus annuus by mechanical expression of solvent extraction.
