Procedures:
1. Seller will issue FCO
2. Buyer signed and return seller’s FCO together with ICPO complete with banking coordinates allowing soft probing
3. Seller prepare sale & purchase draft contract
4. Buyer returns the sales & purchase agreement duly signed & sealed to seller within 5 (five) banking days by email.
5. Within 5 (five) banking days after executive & signing of the sales and purchase agreement, buyers bank issues Bank Guarantee/SBLC or Transferable LC to seller’s bank following the format given by supplier.
6. Shipment commence as per delivery schedule mutually agreed
