Our organization is engaged in RO Plant for packaged drinking water. We used high quality of raw material to manufacture these plants. These plants finds intensive application in residences, offices, clubs and restaurants. We can also be customized these plants as per the client
Process: The water purification process is forwarded on the basis of the
following three different steps:
Pre-treatment section, mainly composed by:
Sand/GAC filtering
Micron Cartridge filtering
Desalination section, mainly composed by:
Pressurization pump
Desalination unit.
Operation Guidelines:
Pre-treatment: Raw water to be desalinated, delivered by the Raw water pump, needs a preliminary treatment in order to guarantee that the flow which feed the membranes must be without fouling that can reduce their optimal performances.
As already said, before entering the pressure vessels, the water to be desalinated is subject to the following pre-treatments:
* Sand/GAC filtering
* Antiscalant dosing system
* 5 μ cartridges filtering
Sand and Carbon filtering
Suspended particles in the raw water need to be removed before reaching the pressure vessels; their removal shall be performed by a sand and Carbon filtering system. Two filtering units have been foreseen, being both in service as normal operation.
Back-wash water pump:
Raw water pump will also work for backwash purpose.
When necessary the filters must singularly back-washed with water.
