Product Description

ATA***7/***7 is a contactless R/W identification IC for applications in **5KHz frequency range. The antenna and chip together form a transponder or tag. The on-chip ***-bit EEPROM (*0 blocks, *3 bits each) can be read and written block-wise from a reader. Block 0 is reserved for setting the operation modes of the T***7/*7 tag. Block 7 may contain password to prevent unauthorized writing. Data is transmitted from the IDIC using load modulation.
 

The ATA***7 is the successor of the T***7. It is an improved version in terms of power on reset if the tag enters the field very slowly. There are no other functional differences.
