Product Description

Produced with the traditional Portuguese varieties Galega (*5%) and Cobrançosa (5%). Collected in the Beiras region, a temperate area, where the harvest is done with traditional manual method. This olive is extremelly smooth, with a touch of clorophyll, delicate but intense.
The Lagar do Relvao is a 3rd generation unit, which uses technology of low temperature and low water addition to enhance and maximize the organoleptic properties of olive oil, and thus get a high quality product with unique flavours.
