   HC**4 is a RS***2 and TTL level bi-directional interface between the converter, applied to hair, to cAlose the three-wire RS**2 interface output with TTL level conversion, single-chip, embedded systems, such as serial debugging. HC**4 electrical performance in strict compliance with the standard RS**2 and TTL standards, applicable to all standard serial devices. Electric Larceny-house design, there is no need external power supply.
