JZ Series silicone rubber mold
JZ series silicone rubber mold is a high-performance molding material. It has long-term elasticity within the scope of ******0 DEG C. It also has excellent electrical properties and chemical stability. A variety of different requirements of the replication process could be met. The main technical performance of the product is almost the same with similar imported products. JZ series silicone rubber mold is packed by two components. The basic material is composed by hydroxyl terminated polysiloxane, reinforcing agent and so on. The curing agent is composed of multi silicate ester. The cross linking reaction occurs after the two components mixed evenly. And flexible elastomer is formed. JZ series silicone rubber mold is mainly used for mold making, such as replication of decorations and crafts of art stone, Polly resin, epoxy resin （EPOXY）and PU foaming resin. It can also be used for mold making of candles, gypsum, bronze and other low melting point metal crafts, furniture, electronics and other industries.
   Features of JZ series silicone rubber mold:
It has good mobility, defoaming，demoulding andcertain thixotropy. There is nobackflow phenomenonduring moulding process.
Elongation,tearing andtensile strength is particularly high.Thehardness could be adjusted randomly according to the requirements of users. It has nonexpansion, no shrinkage and good dimension stability.
 
Theoperating performance is excellent. The operable time (gel time)is long after addingcuring agent. The curing is fast andinternal and external synchronous curing could be ensured. Skinning and tackyphenomenon will not be appeared. Thecuring cycle could be adjusted ina certain range.
The compatibility is good.It can be perfectly combined with the original mold.

A andB components must be fully mixedwhen using to avoid uneven which will affect the performance of the mould gel.
VarioustypesofA and B components can be interchanged and theperformance willnotbe affected.
A and B components arestored separately. They will be match on site when using. It should beused up in a short time after matching.
Theservice life of the mold could beprolonged if the moldusing mold release agent.
For the need to reduce the hardness of thesize, silicone oil withweight of 5~*0% componentA can be addedfordilution.
