ASSET DESCRIPTION: Large Inventory of Grade 1 quality uncut (rough) natural RUBY and SAPPHIRE ] VALUE ESTIMATE (in excess of >) USD $**4, **0, **0 Inventory Sale $**0, **0, **0 5, **0, **0 carats. These natural uncut rough stones inventory are one of the largest single private owner inventory presently known to the Valuer. This represents a significant value and impact on the global market of precious stones. Especially, taking into account the fact that the original (source) Mine in Sierra Leone (West Africa) was blown up by the then Government in ***9, and has remained shut-down since. One new mine was opened in ***5 in that country, however, the quality of the stones being extracted have proved to be significantly lower than as represented by the present inventory as appraised. By comparison, this inventory quality has proven to yield >*0% as “star” quality in cut stones, whereas the newer mine stones are yielding no “stars” at all. These facts adequately underpin the fair market value set forth.
