PROCEDURES
1. Buyer sends ICPO with SPF to seller, and the NCNDA/IMPFA completed and signed by the buyer and
Intermediaries, and photo the passport of the side-buyer.
2. Seller will revert with Draft Contract and MT**9 Acceptance Letter, Warning Letter for Buyer’s and Seller’s
3. Buyer signs both documents and sends it back to Seller for signature.
4. The buyer's Bank opens MT**9 POF to seller's bank within 5 days of the signing of the contract.
5. Possibility to visit the yard (optional) (must be requested the visit in the ICPO)
6. Sellers bank will issue POP bank to bank to buyer’s bank within *8 hours receiving MT**9 (POF)
7. The seller will issue 2% PB to buyer's bank within *2 hours of receipt and verification the POF MT**9
8. Loading will commence and buyer can visit during loading. Seller will advise on timeline at that time.
9. Seller commences loading and shipment on confirmation of the Proof of Funds.
*0. Payment for each shipment shall be made against presentation of the Bill of Lading, certification of SGS / CCIC and other
documentation, inherent to the shipment.
