Product Description

this product is caught by our divers in the sea of cortez. it has 3 cooks totalling 2 hrs *5 mins. we do not use chemicals. all we use is seawater for first cook and tap water with sea salt for the next 2 cooks. in between we use the sun and brine to take off the calcium from the cucumber. we drain the product for 1 hour before freezing  we can produce up to 3 tons per week. we are located in mexico but could delivr in the usa
