Original solution of PUR or PIR (as core material) is injected, pressed and hardened between Pre-painted galvanized steel sheets (skin material).

PUR :	Acronym of polyurethane resin. PUR has almost no expansion or contraction with temperature change, giving it superior stability and resistance to water or moisture.
PIR :	Acronym of polyisocyanurate resin. Has identical insulation effects as PUR, but with added effects of flame resistance, making it widely used to develop sandwich panels.
