LG**6L is a mining and
excavating typed loader for loading and unloading hard materials,
with long axle base, large breakout force. It is customized for
mine and heavy-load operating conditions and is widely used in
building site, aggregate plant, mining, towns construction and
etc.
1. Energy-saving low-speed
engine meeting the requirements of China II emission standard is
provided, which realizes a perfect matching with high-efficient and
large-capacity torque converter and SDLG 1st generation of
energy-saving technology, improves operating efficiency, reduces
energy consumption and realizes a comprehensive energy saving of
more than *0%.
2. The cooling system is
designed with area-enlarged radiator, optimized inlet and outlet
air channels to effectively decrease the temperature of water for
engine and the temperature of oil for hydraulic system, which
provides the entire machine with high cooling
efficiency.
3. Power shift planetary
transmission case of mature SDLG technology is used, with two front
gear positions and one rear gear position and long service life and
is simple to
operate; SDLG reinforced
drive axle is configured, with large bearing capacity and high
reliability.
4. The entire machine uses
special NVH technique of SDLG and optimized three-stage damping
system, new damping seat, better damping performance, which makes
it more comfort to operate for driver.
5. Load-sensing full
hydraulic steering system is used, with light and quick steering
and reliable energy saving properties; Pilot-control working device
hydraulic system is used, with high operating efficiency and is
light and easy to operate; Hydraulic pipeline is double sealed,
with high reliability.
6. New steel structure cab is adopted,
which has wide vision, large operation space, fully-covered cab
internal trimmings, good sealing performance, standard air
conditioning and comfortable driving environment.
7. The self-developed digitized
stepping dashboard of SDLG is adopted, which ensures high
human-machine interaction; the centralized control is adopted for
the electric apparatus of entire machine, which ensures convenient
inspection and maintenance and high reliability of electrical
apparatus element.
8. It adopts finite element optimized
front and rear frame that have passed **0,**0 times of fatigue
enhancement tests and has high strength and long service life; Long
axle base and enlarged counter weight design ensures a stable
traveling operation.
9. Standard rock bucket using
high-strength anti-friction cutting board and the bottom and rear
wall of the bucket are both designed as per the shoveling and
excavating condition, with welded and embedded cutting teeth. Small
anti-friction board is equipped between cutting teeth as standard,
which is more suitable for mining condition.

large-cylinder-diameter rotating bucket oil cylinder and lifting
cylinder, with breakout force of up to *8.3 ton and ground lifting
force of up to *6.3 ton.

exclusively used for mine that is of larger bearing capacity and
good abrasion performance.
