LG**8L is a mining and
excavating typed loader for heavy-load operating condition, with
long axle base, large breakout force, short operating cycle time
and high operating
efficiency and is widely
used in building site, aggregate plant, mining, towns construction
and etc.
1. D7E
electrically-controlled high-pressure common-rail engine as
specially produced for SDLG by VOLVO is used and meets the
requirement of North American Tier3 standard, with low noise, low
emission, low fuel consumption, reliable performance and strong
power; DDE electrically-controlled engine meeting the requirement
of Tier 3 standard and the energy-saving low-speed Weichai engine
meeting the requirement of China II emission standard are
optional.
2. The cooling system is
designed with area-enlarged radiator, optimized inlet and outlet
air channels to effectively decrease the temperature of water for
engine and the
temperature of oil for
hydraulic system, which provides the entire machine with high
cooling efficiency; The cooling system for D7E engine is in
independent cooling manner and is provided with optimized terminal
insulation design for heat emission compartment and hydraulic
motor-driven fan. The fan speed can be automatically adjusted as
per the system temperature, which provides the system with reliable
energy saving property and high cooling efficiency.
3. ZF axis-fixed
electric-liquid shift transmission case is used, with four front
gear positions and three rear gear positions. It has KD shift
functions, flexibility and high efficiency and is easy to operate;
SDLG reinforced drive axle is configured, with large bearing
capacity and high reliability.
4. Load-sensing full
hydraulic steering system is used, with light and quick steering
and reliable energy saving properties; Pilot-control working device
hydraulic system is used, with high operating efficiency and is
light and easy to operate; Hydraulic pipeline is double sealed,
with high reliability.
5. FOPS/ROPS cab is
equipped, which has wide vision, large operation space,
fully-covered cab internal trimmings, good sealing performance,
up-to-ISO-standard air
conditioning, interior and
exterior cycling filtration system and safe and comfortable driving
environment; Common cab is optional.
6. The self-developed
digitized combination dashboard of SDLG is adopted, which ensures
high human-machine interaction; the centralized control is adopted
for the electric apparatus of entire machine, which ensures
convenient inspection and maintenance and high reliability of
electrical apparatus element.
7. It adopts finite
element optimized front and rear frame that have passed **0,**0
times of fatigue enhancement tests and has high strength and long
service life; Long axle base and enlarged counter weight design
ensures a stable traveling operation.
8. Working device is
optimized, with large breakout force and high coefficient of
fullness; Cutting board of bucket is a trapezoid anti-friction
steel structure. The bottom anti-friction board is a thickened
concave structure, with little inserting resistance and good
anti-friction performance.
9. It adopts **-ply rating
tyre exclusively used for mine that is of larger bearing capacity
and good abrasion performance.
