Product Specification

Product Description

Mechanical Self Cleaning filters are designed to meet a wide range of industrial applications. Mechanical Self Cleaning filters are used to filter particulates sizes *5 microns and larger, in various industries where high particle content, viscous and sticky liquid which other system will simply cant handle. Mechanical Self Cleaning filters are ideal for continuous/ batch applications.

The filtration principle is by using a dual pneumatically driven activator to move the special grade Teflon-made disc up and down to perform the cleaning operation inside of the vertically slotted wedge or perforated screen. The system can operate either in manual or automatic mode. The systems are provided with a PLC controller and flash/blow-off valve for automation. The concentrated dirt is periodically purged for only a few seconds, so there is not much product loss in the operation.
