Introduction
As ahigh-grade hydrophilic softening agent, Silicone softener ***6E is a three component copolymer of silicone oil modified with quaternary ammonium salt. It is especially suitable for use in jet machine for its outstanding stability to alkali and high temperature condition. Silicone softener ***6E can impart the fabric with soft, smooth, full hand, and good hydrophilic properties, the treated cotton fabric with hydrophilic ability of **3 seconds.

Usage
High concentrated product can be diluted **5 times
Padding process:dosage ****0 g/L, pre-dry at**0℃, stenter at **0***0℃for *0s.
Exhaustion process:dosage **5% (owf), *0**0℃for ****0min, dewatering, drying, stenering;

Note the dilute method
Silicone softener ***6 E is a high concentrated product, it should be diluted before applied to fabrics post-treatment. It could be diluted with cold water, it is suggested the dilution ratio of silicone oil to water is around 1:8. Procedures: add calculated Silicone softener ***6E to an agitator, then a small amount of water, switch on the power, add half of the residue water slowly during stirring,  after running ten minutes, add the another half water and continuously stir for about ten minutes to get a transparent to translucent emulsion with blue light, stop stirring, filter and discharge.
 
Packaging and storage
**5 kgs per drum, be sealed and stored in room temperature, quality guarantee period 6 months.
