Slitting line was widely applied into ferrous and non-ferrous metal strip production like aluminum,aluminum alloy,copper and steel,The machine mainly includes decoiler,slitter,tension system, recoiler and other assistant device like coil car,baller,hydraulic and electric system.For the purpose to improve the decoiling and recoiling accuracy,the machine can be equiped with CPC and EPC system, meanwhile imported cutter can be applied into the machine to improve the accuracy of the cutting according to the requirement,the whole line was control by PLC system with HMI to help the customer operate and record the historical data.
