In the grown snails of the species Helix Aspersa Maxima in leading French technology. Farm for breeding snails use "open technology", under which the snails are grown outdoors in their natural environment. The shell them has a diameter of *0 to *0 mm. In natural conditions grow and multiply only in North Africa. Its meat is of superior quality, especially when grown on the farm. This snail species is highly valued in the renowned European cuisine.
