During chemical reaction of fiber and reactive dye, the dye is fixed in fiber and printing agent does not attend this reaction. Otherwise, the agent will be fixed in the fiber and make it hard, fragile and bad color. But if you use sodium alginate as a printing agent, it not only affects the dyeing reaction but also makes the product outline clear, color bright, feeling smooth. This agent is also suitable for cotton, wool, silk and synthetic fiber

Sodium alginate has many advantages like good permeability,uniform color, easy cleaning, not sticking the cylinder and scraper, soft handfeel, good plasticity, clear printing figure, and making paste convenient.

Application：

.Medium and low degree viscosity of sodium alginate is both suitable for the requirement of screen printing and roller printing. Actually low viscosity sodium alginate are more stable for making printing paste, which make it possible to make high content printing paste. This kind of printing paste will come into being dense film during drying and raise coloring rate.
