Standardized Soya Lecithin Viscous product with typical taste and smell of soya, obtained from the soybean oil degumming. The product has been standardized to keep it stable during time. Chemical Characteristics: Water content: max 1 % Gardner Colour (10% in Toluene): max 12 Acid Value: 23-30 mg KOH/g Acetone Insoluble Matter min 62% Peroxide Value Max 10 Meq O2/Kg Viscosity brookfield 25�C: 50-120 poises Microbiology analysis Total plate caount (per gram): 3000 max Mould and Yeas (per gram): 100 max Coliforms (per gram) < 0, 3 Salmonella (per gram) Absence Characteristics: Packaging: non open head drums of 200kg Storage conditions: keep it between temperatures of 15�C and 40�C. Lower values increase the viscosity and make it difficult to handle. When needed heat but without exceeding 60�C, always between short intervals. Close the container each time it is use. Shelf life: 18 month
