Our company has developed HF***0, HF***0, HF***0，HF***0 and HF***0 types of hard facings for stabilizers to correlate with the type of bit being used, as well as the formations to be encountered. We produce according to API Spec **1 and also DS*1 as customer requirements.
Tungsten carbide inserts ( type). The inserts have been developed allow cold insertion and maintain close fit. A great concentration of inserts on the bottom third of the blade and leading edge will increase surface contact to reduce wear in highly abrasive formations.
