Procedure of Paymant: 4.1.Seller prepares draft Contract for Buyer for signature and approval. Contract shall contain full banking information. Seller and Buyer to sign Contract electronically. Buyer shall execute, and return Contract electronically to Seller, within *4 hours of transmission by Seller. Buyer and Seller shall exchange hard copies if requested. Electronic copies have same force and effect as hand signed originals. 4.2.Upon approval by Seller and Buyer, parties are required to turn their own copy of contract to their respective banker with instruction to conclude the transaction.
