Billet Continuous-Casting Machine equipped with level 1 and 2 of
automation with capacity of **0,**0 MT per year is designed to
produce cast squares **0mm (3.*3") to **0mm (5.9") and cast round
billets **0mm (4.*2") to **0mm (7.1") with open and closed stream
casting. The molten steel is produced in the Danieli DANARC***0
EAF, consequently processed in the DANIELI ladle furnace. The
steel, if required, is also processed in the Danieli VOD/VD Vacuum
Degasser depending upon the steel grade before machine casting. The
Caster is equipped with Electro magnetic stirrer enabling to
produce quality low alloy grades.All equipment ***9 vintage or
newer.

Surface
Quality:
Cast square billets are delivered in as cast condition without any
surface treatment. Surface is free of belts, breakouts marks,
visual crack.
End
Condition:
Torch cut exhibiting good workmanship.
Marking:
One end of each billet is die stamped or paint marked with steel
grade and heat number.
Packing:
Billets are packed in bundles with high strength steel straps and
tagged with durable plastic or metallic labels bearing customer,
order no., size, and steel grade and heat number.
