ARMORED DOURS The company is one of the leading producers of armoured doors for interior and exterior use in Lithuania. UAB „Lanksti Linija“ owns modern, high-precision and high-performing AMADA (Japan) machinery which enables the company to produce high-quality products. All metal parts of armoured doors are produced using digital equipment. Main constructive elements of the doors are produced from 1, 5 mm steel, which is profiled into light, however rigid and strain-resistant construction. Such doors are lighter than doors made of thick-walled rectangular tubes therefore easier to open/close, without unnecessary inertia and closing sound. The doors are welded using „SIEGMUND“ (Germany) welding equipment preventing the construction of the doors from deformation. Armoured doors are painted with power paint guaranteeing high-quality and long-standing protection and quality of surface. To guarantee the highest quality of the product, metal parts of the armoured doors are painted with powder paint using high-performing automotive painting line „GEMA“ (Switzerland). Armoured doors may be covered in different LMDP, MDF-PVC and Umidax-HLS coating. In order to guarantee the highest quality of the armoured doors, the company co-operates closely with Kaunas Technology University.
