Despite these doors are being produced in tropical country like in Malaysia, we are able to supply wide range of wood species from temperate countries as well. Our most popular export wood species include American Red Oak, White Oak, Maple, Cherry, Poplar as well as other African Species like Macore and Sapele. Door specification &#****3; Door Dimension : **0 x***0x*5mm &#****3; *5mm thick door interior engineered door, door face veneered with 0.6mm Red Oak veneer laminated on stiles and rails. &#****3; Solid profiled edge strips of Red Oak hardwood on all component including stiles end capping, outer edge of top rail and bottom rail. &#****3; Ovolo profile of *9(w)x*5(t)mm as per new approved drawing and to be supplied with bare finishing. &#****3; Stiles and Rails component substrate material of *5mm thick particleboard. &#****3;Door panel using profiled substrate of *6mm thick MDF board of MR grade; membrane pressed with 0.6mm Red Oak veneer.
