In fabrication work we are using following types of operations: (1) Leveler: To cut the pieces at up to 6mm shuts from the coils. (2) Shearing: We have two types of sharing M/Cs � capacity up to 8mm tic X 6 meters and capacity 8mm tic x 4 meters. (3) Bendy: We have two types of bending machines capable for bending up to **-meter sheet lengths. (4) APS Top Line M/C: To punch and shear up to *5 plates which can be provided with holes and slots. (5) Welding: We have two types of track welding M/Cs. One is ordinary track welding and another CNC track welding machine for welding various types of beams, rafters and columns. (Flange to web). Manual welding: We use several types of MIG and Arc welding machines to weld various end plates and stiffeners for column and ratters. Flame Cut M/C: We have CNC flame cut M/C to cut various sizes of plates in any shape. Plasma Cutting: It is used for cutting stainless steel plates up to *6 mm thickness. Aluminum and carbon steels plates can be cut using the same machine with thickness up to *0mm. CNC Roll forming M/C: To make corrugated shells, root panels and wall panels of one meter width. Roll forming M/C for purlin: We use a m/c which are standards for us. Purlin size **0 x *4 x *0 x 2.
