Acid Regenerating Unit

Waste acid regenerating unit can be decomposited by waste acid regeneration production line to obtain the regenerated hydrochloric acid and iron oxide powder with the same concentration as the original waste acid solution not containing or containing a small amount of molysite. Regeneration acid after concentration adjustment by complex acid could be used again by the acid pickling line.

Process Flow:

Waste acid → waste acid storage tank → concentration → spray roasting → decomposition → HCL (gas) → iron powder (collecting) → furnace gas cooling → HCL absorption → regenerated acid → regenerated acid storage tank

Iron oxide powder is stored in the iron powder bin for packaging storage by air conveying device; Offgas after absorption is emitted though many times washing.
