MSSI has completed a USD $3 million shop refit that includes new post-weld heat treatment equipment (PWHT), a high-speed drill line with dual band saws and coping machines, heavy built-up beam automatic welding lines, box column welders, large bore drills, edge & face mills, numerical control plate processing machines, welding machines, and a dedicated painting shop. MSSI complies with AISC and CE and runs SAP/ERP, web-based project management software.

Fabrication Quality Control is strict and we offer full manufacturing record books. The record books include a variety of approved documentation, such as ITP (Quality Plan), Mill Test Certificates, Coupon Test Reports, Material Traceability, Dimension Checks, Internal Auditing, NDT/NDE, NCR Logs, Painting Environment, and any other required documents. The project management side will provide Quality Manuals, Company Procedures, Operations Manual, Progress Reports, Supplier Deviation Requests (SDRs), Timeline, and Gantt Charts reflect the current status and planning of all phases of the production.
Our factory can produce conventional steel building structures, offshore structures, industrial complexes, complex steel building structures, and structural steel for bridges. Our fabrication capacity is 3,**0 tons per month or structural steel, serving heavy industry, manufacturing, petrochemical and power, mining & metal, oil & gas, agriculture, high-rise, commercial, and other industries.
