SELLER´S PROCEDURES:
1 – Buyer send a LOI from End Buyer(or Trade representative)
2 – Seller prepares Full Corporate Offer.
3 – Buyer approves and sign FCO and returns it to seller; with ICPO and one BCL, signed and sealed.
4 – Seller prepares and reserve the SALE and issue PURCHASE draft contract. Buyer sign the Draft and return it to Seller.
5 – Seller exchanges *4 copies of original contract by mail, and issues a Pro-forma Invoice.
6 – Buyer reviews and returns *4 copies of original contract by mail.
7 – Buyer’s Bank sends a swift message to Seller’s Bank presenting a non-operative
PROOF OF FUND in MT **0 format, simultaneously Seller’s bank confirms by swift
MT **0 format PROOF OF PRODUCT which will activate the operative financial instrument SBLC format. Payment form not negotiable.
8 – Delivery begins under contract terms and conditions.
9 – Payment made against Shipping Documents.
