ORIGIN: Brazil

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: SPOT orders and **0,*0 MT minimum on Contract.

PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% (Two percent) of the value of the financial instrument provided by the Buyer. No PB on SPOT orders.

PACKING: To secure the safety of the commodity during sea transportation the sugar is to packed in new *0 (fifty) kilogram net double sacks, being one sack of polypropylene and the other of polyethylene and palletised. Tare weight shall be **0 gram, minimum. Uniformity of bagged net weight is of the essence. Two percent (2%) spare bags shall be supplied free of charge. 

SHIPMENTS: *2,**0 MT, *5,**0 MT, or *0,**0 MT

DELIVERY TERMS: SPOT orders and *2 (Twelve) months contracts, with options for extension.

DELIVERY PORTS: ASWP - provided it is suitable, capable and a secure Non-US/UN sanctioned port.

INCOTERM ***0 - CIF only

INSPECTION: The quantity, quality and weight of the goods will be confirmed by a Certificate issued by the Independent International Survey Company "SGS"
