**0% of toril family superior quality extra virgin olive oil obtained only by our family olives from our plantations in andalucia grown in our traditional organic style developed through three generations . we have developed a method of culturing the olive grove with carefull care from the flowering right up to the drawing of it´s fruit in december . we also mechanically harvest our olives to lower the acidity in the flavour profile of oil practising these methods along makes our olive oil of superior quality.
