TP**0/TP**0S Seamless Stainless
Steel Pipe
Grade **0 combining excellent
high temperature properties with good ductility and weld ability,
is designed for high temperature service. It resists oxidation in
continuous service at temperature ***0 Degree provided reducing
sulphur gases are not present. It is also used intermitted service
at temperature up to ***0 Degree.
Grade **0 (UNS S****8) is used
when the application environment involves moist corrodents in a
temperature range lower than that which is considered “High
temperature” Service. The lower carbon content of TP**0S does
reduce its high temperature strength but increase its
anti-corrosion property compared with normal Grade**0.

Solution Treatment for TP**0
seamless stainless steel pipe.
Solution Treatment (Annealing)-
heat to ********0 Degree and cool rapidly for maximum corrosion
resistance. This treatment is also recommended to restore ductility
after each ***0hours of service above **0 Degree due to long term
precipitation of brittle sigma phase.
