The working part is divided into cylindrical shape, and the whole sieve is revolving around the axis of the cylinder, and the axis is generally installed as a small Angle. The material is fed from one end of the cylinder, the fine grade material is passed through the sieve hole of the cylinder work surface, and the coarse material is discharged from the other end of the cylinder. Cylinder sieve has low speed, stable work and good dynamic balance. But its screen is easy to clog, the screening efficiency is low, the work area is small, the productivity is low. Concentrator is rarely used as screening equipment. 
Application:
YTS is usually device in pulp or magazine after centrifuges,It can screen out all kinds of light or heavy impurities whosee geometric shape are greater than *0mm such as plastics,rubber,sand,stone,metal pieces,film,etc.
Design  F eature:
YTS  is series drum screen consists of drum,belt driving device,catch wheel,drawing wheel,vat,inlet trough,spravy pipe,etc.While the screening drum rotates,pulp is conveying forword to the drum cylinder by screw flight.By gravity,accept and fine impurities passing though ***4mm screening slots enter the vat.The fiber adhered to the impurities retained on screen plate is pushed forward to the end by screw flight.The fiber adhered to the impurities is wash off by fan nozzles in order to prevent fiber loss with impurities discharging.
Simple structure ,safe and reliable in operation and high effciency in coarse screening.
Used with hydrapulper system to screen out coarse impurities and improve the purifying efficiency of process.
