The difference between Our road header and traditional ones lies in : cutting arm adpots two joints from , and the two joints are connected by axis pin , and two cylinders control it go up and down , one cylinder control it turn horizontal

Our road header has such following advantages

1: Because the arm is narrow , the driver's vision is wide , big and small arms coordinate with each other when working , it Increase the flexibility of cutting arm .

2: When cutting forearm bending , the distance between cutting head and apron is **0mm as cutter head is in the middle position , but when it is at two sides position , the distance is only **0mm , so it reduce the distance between cutting head and apron greatly .

3: Because the rotation of cutting head , the coal is retrojected to apron , assistant coaling result is better , it resolve conflict between coal falling fast and coaling slow .

Application

Cantilever roadheader is suitable to tunneling in drift section of ***2m2 , or semi-coal road tunneling . it can also be used in railway ,highway and river construction tunnel .
