Product Description

1. Steel parts of the door frame is manufactured by using 2mm thick DKP iron sheet.
2. The door frame is strengtened with 2 mm thick iron sheet to improve sturdiness.
3.  The door striker plates are reinforced with 2 mm thick DKP iron sheets and its thickness is 4mm in total.
4. There is an adjustable kit opposite of the lock tongue which was designed by our R&D team, and registered by Turkish Patent Institute (TPE).
5. Sturdiness of door frame and aesthetic integrity are provided by bed-jointed latch which is created for security latch.
6. Door frames and jambs are coated by MDF, PVC, laminate or compact laminate optionally for visual integrity.
7. 1,5 mm thick DKP iron sheet is used inside of the door leaf.
8. One side of the door leaf is completely iron sheet while the other side is corrugated iron sheet cladding.
9. The door leafs are filled with glass wool for heat and noise insulation.
10. 4 pieces of immovable shear pins are located at the hinge side of the door to fit to door frame.
11. The thickness of the door leaf  is ****0 mm according to types of the door and the surface coatings.
12. The edges of the door is coated with **4 quality stainless chrome.
13. Special producted barrel protector caps which are manufactured with hardened steel is used in door leafs  in order not to be damaged by sharp objects.
14. The barrel protector caps are embedded to ***2 mm depth of the surface according to the door type.
15. Hidden security latch is used in all doors of our company.
16. All our doors are used 3 pieces of *0 mm thick welded hinges which are manufactured according to standarts of Turkish Standarts Institution (TSE).
17. The furnitures which are used in our doors, is premium quality and they are able to used in the coating process with wooden by available desired colors and features.
18. Wood lathes which is exist at the edges of the door, are manufactured in our factory.
19. All steel assembly of our doors are dyed with electrostatic powder paint.
20. Electrostatic powder coatings with polyester are specially manufactured to Turkarslan Steel Door by Akzo Nobel and it is reinforced against to strike and humidity.
21. Polishing materials used in our furniture which are quality registered in terms of workers and users, are manufactured by Akzo Nobel.
22. All doors are quality certified by Turkish Standards Institution (TSE).
23. Lock assembly for 5 years, mechanical parts for *0 years and furniture assembly for 2 years guaranteed.
