.General description

ZLC-1003  foam system is a two part polyurethane system comprises a blend polyol and isocyanate component.When mixed in their correct proportions produce a fine-celled foam layer/insulation developed for the manufacture of central heating, all kinds of refrigeration, vapor, gas, oil, chemial and industry pipeline.It has been widely used in construction, transportation, petroleum, electricity, chemical and refrigeration industry.The system can be processed by filling with dispensing machine with one step or two step.

pipes insulation through pipe-in-pipe or discontinuous process, using a pressure device.

4.Packing and storage:

The product is delivered in 200 liters clean, dry and tightly sealed metal sheet drums, cubitanks stainless steel railway. The product is stored in genuine packaging, in covered areas or tightly closed containers, at temperatures between 15ºC -25 ºC.
