Line:

Main Process of the Sand Production
Line:
Vibrating
feeder → jaw crusher → impact fine crusher sand maker(VSI
crusher)→Vibrating feeder→ sand maker→finished sand. The
raw materials are first put into vibrating feeder, then material is
fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary
crushing.Then, production of coarse material by belt conveyor to
impact fine crusher sand maker for secondary crushing. The
secondary products will be separated into two kinds by the
vibrating screen. One part is made of into finished sand after been
cleaned by sand washer. The other parts satisfying the standard of
the VSI Crusher will be conveyed to the sand-making machine for
further crushing. Then they will be the finished sand after being
washed in the sand washer.
