If you require a soft offer you have to at least provide Description of Urea required, packaging/destination port /quantity and the payment terms for us to get back with you. Procedure: 1. Buyer sends ICPO and BCL 2. Seller sends FCO and Contract 3. Once all party signs contract, buyer bank sends MT**9 or preadvise LC to seller bank. 4. Seller bank sends POP to Buyer bank 5. Buyer bank opens non-operative LC 6. Seller bank post the 2% PB to activate the LC 7. Shipment process starts. Port visit is allowed at loading of your cargo.
