1.Contract the USB Remote Controller with your PC(personal computer) by the USB data line
2.Open website and click and enter the"Database List"
3.In the"Database List",the orange area is requipment selection,please find the remote controller brand from left and model name from right after choosing the requipment 
4.Click the model name of the remote controller you want to download.For example click"ACCENT"some models appear,then download from the website
5.If you download successfully,the page will show a dialogue box
6.Take the USB date line from away from the PC and remote controller,the downloading is finished 
Notes:If you download the date for first time,it will appear a window at the step 4
